I wish this muscle relaxer worked a bit better, but it is smooth and subtle. Just right at times, and needing a little more umph at other times. Rates about a 3.5, I guess.

Lives up to its name. I mean it is seriously relaxing. I use it to help me sleep through the night and I find it more effective than the sleepy nights. I'm not in any kind of pain, but do have a lot of tension.

I bought a larger bottle to replace the small one first tested with. I used as recommended to reduce clenching tension and muscle seizure from nerve pinching. Excellent results when used. This good mix that works. Thank you.

I do think this is an effective product - I use it after pt sessions, or during a flare-up (I have ehlers-danlos). I use it in combination with the 'deep recovery' and I think it's efficacy is compounded with the use of both. Using it solo ... I do believe I experienced some relief. I think pairing it with more of its' single use ingredients or accompaniment to another blend such as deep recovery or cranial comfort amplifies its efficacy, but I always wonder about discernment of a products' results when mixing blends. It is important to note it is not for long-term use, but I would suggest trying it to those in pain looking for options.

This is the product I use after any surgery. I don't take opioids or any painkiller medications; just what they dose me with during the surgery. I'm SUPER sensitive to medications. This is my go to after surgery. Wild lettuce is the best natural painkiller. I've done 5 surgeries with this so far. Absolute staple!

I work outside during decent weather. I also have arthritis. This product eases the tired muscles and gets me through the evening.
