Return Policy
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from credit or refund, and shipping charges are not refundable. The freight cost for any order returned for any reason, beyond our error, will be charged to the customer. This includes refused deliveries, incorrect addresses, or other related situations where the delivery does not occur.

Please double-check your address and credit card before placing an order.

Damaged shipments must be reported within 10 days. The box, packing materials and damaged products must be kept for inspection by the shipping carrier.

Order Errors
We are only human! Please notify us of mis-picks, missing discounts, incorrect pricing or short-shipped orders within 7 days and corrective action will be taken immediately.

Gifts and Drop Shipments
Order and shipping confirmation emails will be sent to the billing information address, not the shipping address. We cannot giftwrap orders, but any message from the Comments field will be included on the receipt. A packing slip, which does not list prices, is sent to the shipping address, and a priced invoice will be mailed to the billing address separately.

Bottles 4 ounces and above are considered special orders and require extra handling. As such, they cannot be refunded or exchanged. A minimum of 48 hours is needed to fill these orders, so if you need your order by a specific time, please plan accordingly.

Shipping and Handling

USPS Priority Mail: The Postal Service's 2-3 day service for packages. This is our preferred method of shipping for smaller packages, especially to residential addresses and to P.O. Boxes, as well as shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. An extra $5.00 handling fee is added to all orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
UPS Ground Service: This is our preferred method for shipping larger packages and is usually guaranteed in 1-5 business days. This service is not available for P.O. Boxes.

Rush Orders
Rush orders will be shipped through UPS 2nd Day Air with a guaranteed delivery time of 2 business days. Next-day shipping is not available.
