      Love this stuff

This is so helpful, I took it with my first baby and thought it wasn't doing much so I stopped taking it and then I realized how much it had been helping! I started taking it again right away. Worked great with my second baby too!

      Worked well!

My midwife recommended this product and I’m so glad I bought it! It really took the edge off the afterpains with my fifth baby and by day three, they were almost gone.

      Olivia (Novi, MI, US)

This is a must have! I found this stuff with my third baby and tried it, I started it immediately after birth at the hospital. It was a miracle, it cuts the edge off the pain for after pains so you can tolerate it and I felt like it relieves some too so they’re not so many. I bought more as I’m 36 weeks with my 4th baby- will be starting it at the hospital again! MUST HAVE this in your hospital bag!

My go to personally and as a Birthworker!!!

As a birthworker so many of my clients have loved using AfterEase as an alternative for those postpartum cramps! I love to gift these to my mamas. Also personally I've loved having this tincture on hand especially with subsequent babies as the cramps have been more intense! Swear by this!!!

      Glad I stuck with it.

This was my second birth and my first time trying this. I was told the cramps get worse and worse after each kid. I started off not drinking enough. Which wasn't helping me really. I talked to my midwife and she told me to drink more of it. So I did and it helped so much!

After birth cramps, also known as postpartum uterine cramps, postpartum cramping, or after birth contractions, are the short-term discomforts women experience due to contractions that occur after childbirth. After birth cramps are typically caused by the uterus contracting and shrinking back down to its normal size. The uterus does not return to its pre-pregnancy size for about six weeks following childbirth. These uterine contractions can feel like menstrual cramps and can last anywhere from a few days up to six weeks after childbirth. The most common treatment for cramping after birth is an herbal tincture that contains the herb Crampbark. This can be taken every three hours during active periods of postpartum labor discomforts or at intervals as needed for lingering discomfort afterwards.
