      • 1 tablespoon dried milky oats (nervine, deeply nourishing for the nervous system)
      • 1 tablespoon dried oat straw (rich in calcium, magnesium, and B vitamins)
      • 1 teaspoon dried nettle leaf (a powerhouse of minerals + gentle energy support)
      • 1 teaspoon holy basil (adaptogen, emotional balance, stress support)
      • Optional: 1 teaspoon lemon balm (for added calm) or a few slices of fresh ginger (for warmth + digestion)
      • 4 cups water

      Instructions

      1. Combine herbs in a small pot or heatproof jar.
      2. Add water and bring to a light simmer over low heat.
      3. Simmer gently for 15–20 minutes (or longer if you’re chillin’ at home,).
      4. Turn off heat and steep an additional 30 minutes if you’ve got time (not mandatory, but it extracts even more minerals).
      5. Strain and sip warm, or store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
