A calming tea with blue vervain, lemon balm and chamomile. Perfect for when your nervous system needs some soothing or for when hormone shifts are causing a dip in your mood. Comforting, mood uplifting and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 tsp dried blue vervain leaves
- 1 tsp dried lemon balm
- 1 tsp dried chamomile
- 2 cups of boiling water
Directions
- Combine the herbs in a teapot or infuser.
- Pour 2 cups of boiling water over the herbs.
- Let steep for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy in the evening for relaxation and restful sleep.
