Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons dried passionflower
- 2 tablespoons dried scullcap
- 2 tablespoons dried rose petals
- 4 tablespoons dried rosehips
- 2 tablespoons dried spearmint
- 4 tablespoons dried marshmallow root
Directions
- Combine all herbs in a clean, airtight jar and mix thoroughly.
