Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fenugreek seeds
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for extra warmth & blood sugar support)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional, for a bright citrus kick)
Directions
- Lightly crush the fenugreek seeds using a mortar and pestle or a rolling pin. This helps release their beneficial compounds.
- Mix the seeds into the honey in a clean glass jar. Stir well to combine.
- Add optional cinnamon and lemon zest for extra flavor and benefits.
- Seal the jar and let it infuse for at least 24 hours at room temperature. The longer it sits, the more potent the infusion.
- Strain out the seeds (if desired) or leave them in for an extra boost.
- Enjoy! Take a teaspoon daily, mix into warm tea, drizzle over oatmeal, or use as a soothing throat remedy.
