Give your body and skin some TLC with this revitalizing smoothie! Packed with hydrating fruits, cleansing greens, and a boost from WishGarden's Deep Cleanse tincture.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water for a lighter option)
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cucumber (peeled and chopped)
- 1 handful fresh kale (about 1 cup, loosely packed)
- 1 small pear, cored and chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger (optional, for a detoxifying zing)

Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed.
