Ingredients
- 1 cup water

½ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon dried licorice root
- 1 tablespoon dried ginger root
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried wild cherry bark
- 1 lemon (juiced)
Directions
- Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.
- Add the licorice root, ginger, thyme, and wild cherry bark.
- Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain the herbs, keeping the liquid.
- Stir in the honey and lemon juice until fully combined.
