Take 3mL in a little water; repeat every 1-3 hours for a day or two, then taper off to 3-4 times a day.

#2 Move Thru-It Strategy - Frequency: Take one serving (see label for serving size) every 1-3 hours for a day or two then taper off to every 3-4 hours a day as symptoms improve, up to 5 consecutive days. See individual product label for max daily servings.

Initially take the suggested amount in a small amount of water, juice or tea to taste. With familiarity, can be taken directly for convenience.
- Monarda Aerials: Monarda fistulosa, M. didyma, also known as Bee Balm, is a member of the mint family and has been used by the Native American community for centuries as an herbal remedy. Monarda supports healthy microbial balance and a healthy inflammatory response. Monarda has an affinity for oral wellness and soothes oral tissues.
- Yerba Mansa root: Anemopsis californica is an aromatic, spicy plant native to the southwest United States. Native communities and settlers revered it for its many health benefits. An astringent plant, it helps support optimal inflammatory response and mucus membranes.
- Usnea lichen: Usnea spp. is a lichen that often hangs in tufts from trees and grows on trees, with the body of the plant used to make medicine. Also known as old man's beard, Usnea promotes a restorative immune response, especially in the mucus membranes and respiratory tract. It has also been used to break up mucus and make phlegm easier to cough up. Usnea is often used to combat discomforts and bring the body back to balance.
- Spilanthes Aerials: Spilanthes acmella is known as a numbing agent that gained popularity for its ability to support healthy microbial balance on wounds and within the body as well as its fungal and yeast balancing properties.
- Myrrh gum: Commiphora molmol, C. myrrha is a sap-like substance or resin extracted from cuts in the bark of trees that are members of the Commiphora species. Used traditionally for wellness, Myrrh helps soothe seasonal discomforts, soothes occasional cough, and supports lung health. Myrrh also supports healthy microbial balance and immune system function.
- Echinacea Purpurea root: Native to areas east of the Rocky Mountains in the US, Echinacea purpurea supports the body's natural immune response and immune system wellness. Echinacea provides seasonal immune support and supports a healthy histamine response, promoting comfort during seasonal changes.
