Made using the folk method with a balance of alcohol and glycerin, this tincture is best used at the first sign of seasonal challenges and taken consistently for up to a week.
Add the dried herbs and berries to a clean pint-sized glass jar.
Pour the alcohol and glycerin over the herbs, ensuring they are fully submerged. Stir well.
Seal the jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake thoroughly.
